Flat / Shaped Heating Elements
Metal sheathed mica insulated plate heating elements where cylindrical clamping is not possible. These elements are generally manufactured with a heavy steel backing plate to specifications / sizes and can have built in temperature sensors for excellent control. Flat heating elements are manufactured from stock material to suit specific applications.

Cast Heating Elements
Manufactured to customer specifications cast heating elements can be supplied in many shapes and configurations to enable high temperature heat transfer. Water cooling pipes can be cast in to speed temperature cooling. These elements provide excellent life span along with incredible durability across a broad range of industrial applications.

Strip Heaters
Hotco strip heaters, being a robust uniform generator of heat, provide clean and dependable energy to attain sheath temperatures up to 450°C. The electrical insulation medium is high temperature ceramic. It is important that to maintain a long working life, the correct watt-density is selected for the application.
They can be supplied with fins for heat distribution, terminal box and mounting feet for various applications like anti-condensation and can be manufactured to a variety of lengths and wattages as required.
